At our Pemberton property, your company can create an active outdoor gathering around its own goals, food and personality. Make it competitive, make it relaxed—or build a day that combines both.
We’ve done this before.
In earlier years, our property welcomed groups from Subaru corporate headquarters, including company parties with 75 or more players. We also hosted an AT&T Wireless point-of-sale team for a competitive group experience.
One of our largest early events was a radio-supported promotional and military-recruiting gathering. Approximately 1,000 attendees or prospective recruits came through the property. It showed us how a large organization can use outdoor space for outreach, recruiting, activities and a shared experience—not only for a traditional party.
John once opened a company event by saying the goal was to motivate employees to become better than their competition. A leading manager immediately raised the stakes: they did not merely want to compete—they wanted their team thinking about how to outperform the competition. That competitive energy came alive once the games began.
Company and station names identify groups or events we hosted in the past and do not imply a current partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Past attendance does not establish the property’s capacity for a future event; every large gathering requires a separate review of parking, staffing, permits, safety, weather and logistics.
Build the experience around your team.
Paintball
Organized games that challenge teams to communicate, make decisions and work together while the situation keeps changing.
Airsoft
A tactical group experience for companies looking for movement, strategy and friendly competition in an outdoor setting.
The Courtyard
Our 45-by-55-foot courtyard area can become the gathering point for food, awards, music, conversation and the company celebration.
Axe Throwing
A future activity now in development. It is not currently available and will be offered only after the experience, safety procedures and insurance requirements are complete.
Teamwork looks different outside the office.
When the usual titles and routines fall away, people must listen, adjust and make decisions together. That can bring natural strengths to the surface: the calm communicator, the problem-solver, the person who keeps everyone moving and the leader who earns trust without demanding attention.
This is not a formal employee assessment and it does not guarantee a particular outcome. It is a shared challenge that gives your team a new setting in which to communicate, cooperate and have fun.
Bring us your people and your idea. Together, we will design a company event that feels like your company—not everybody else’s.
Think beyond the company party.
The property may also fit weekday recruiting days, employee appreciation events, organizational field days, brand activations, community outreach, fundraisers and other gatherings that need room to move. Bring us the objective first; then we can determine whether the property and logistics fit the idea.
A Christmas party for teams that would rather play than pose.
Combine an activity session with barbecue, a food truck or your chosen caterer, then bring everyone together in the courtyard for awards, prizes and the holiday celebration. Activities, timing and property use are planned around the size and needs of your group.
Outdoor holiday events require advance planning and are subject to weather, group size, activity availability, safety requirements and an approved event plan.
